Rented and paid for a box trailer. Showed up on moving day with 5 friends who gave up their work days to come help and no one was there to give us a trailer. They never showed up. Took our money, wasted the time of 6 guys and now our stuff is getting ruined because it's raining on the flat bed trailer they had to use instead. They offered us $50 for our trouble. Thanks for nothing U-Haul.
