Bought a jeep from them and have put close to a thousand dollars in it in less than a year. They just fix small problems to there vehicles so they seem okay and within a month's time start breaking down. So dont give them your time or money if you have any sense to you.
DONT BUY HERE Paid over 13 grand for a vehicle at Chaney Auto Sales in Lost Creek Ky. For starters day 1 the windshield wipers were dry rotted and I had to replace them. The 2nd day the Body control module went out the reverse camera, tail lights, turning signals, interior lights all went out. A few days later, I go to put air in the tires and low and behold it has a knot on it. :( after the sales man assured me they were great tires. I called and tried to get him to fix it and he acted like he would. Long story short he pulled my leg for over 30 days with no actual intent of resolving the issue. Ryan made me drop it off to 3 different car shops 4 different times. Two of which told me straight up that it was the body control module. He kept lying and saying it was just the camera. The last time I dropped it off I called him for 4 days and messaged them on here and no one would tell me anything or respond. It is still not fixed and all I get is a false half hearted I am sorry from his mother, not him! Well you know what Chaneys Auto, I am sorry too that I ever bought a car from you. My car was in shops more time than I have actually had it.Guess what back to the shop it goes next week. Take your money to an actual Dealer that will back you with a bumper to bumper warranty, is honest, and will respect you as a person.
